schedule a consultation
Below you can easily schedule a phone consultation with a Ritter Law LLC attorney. Consultations may include document review, but documents should not be provided until requested during the consultation. All consultations scheduled below are subject to the Firm's "Limited Engagement Terms" available here.
30-minute consultations are best for simple, discrete issues involving limited documentation. Examples include entity selection for sole equityholders, questions on discrete employee or independent contractor issues or simple commercial contract review.
1-hour consultations allow for more complex issues, such as multi-equityholder structuring, lengthier commercial contracts, corporate restructuring strategies or merger and acquisition strategies.
2-hour consultations allow more time to explore multiple issues or issues involving lengthier documentation.
